Getting The Car Ready For Your
Detail Appointment
In Order to Provide You with the Best Service; Please…
-
Make your car accessible.
If nobody will be there when the team arrives please make sure your car is accessible. Leave it unlock or leave the keys to the team leader just in case the car locks back up although that's totally optional.
-
Ensure there is room to work
Make sure your location has enough space for the detailing job and that the technicians can access all sides of your car and be able to open all the doors.
Look out for any hazards around, such as tree branches and yard equipment, ensure the ground is stable for safety, and there is a parking space for the detailer’s van or trailer.
-
Clear out your vehicle
Make sure to take all your personal's out of the car and leave only the trash in it. Remember to empty out your compartments if the package you chose applies and remove baby car seats. (*Let your team leader know if you'd like to have the baby car seats vacuumed.)
-
Communicate Any Questions or Special Requests
Once you’re meeting with your detailing team, communicate your needs clearly. For example, if your dusty fans or dirt under the seats are driving you crazy, bring this up so your technicians pay special attention to it. If you’d like your detailing team to do a quick walk-through with you, prepare all of your talking points beforehand so no time gets wasted and they can start working on your car.
